Description
Bidders with no SEO-related reviews will not be considered. If we are satisfied with your work, we have 5 more sites for the same job.We want to push up the Page rank on our site and will require your services to work on the site for link backs as well as SEO to further assist our Google ranking. I will return site details for your detailed SEO comments via return PM.
Around 200 links needed :-
Minimum 30 PR 5 or higher sites
Minimum 50 PR 4 or higher sites
The rest with PR 3 or more
Minimum 30 of the sites to be .com.au domains
Suggested sites should be related to marketing, telecommunications, media, broadcasting, business and/or news content, relevent blog posts, forum postings are allowed as long as not written in a SPAM fashion and in relevent threads with a PR and also "Australian" business directories are permitted (strictly no porn or adult sites,no romance directories etc or dating sites etc)
General Link Building Requirements:
No pharmacy, adult, hacker, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links. No sites banned by oogle. No redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
Must be natural, ethical, and not risk giving us trouble. IE links from "relevent" forums, business pages, articles, blogs etc.
No reciprocal links
All links should be from sites located in Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada and Western Europe.
Links from CONTENT pages, not LINKS pages.
Links must be permanent and only static.
Page where link comes from should be indexed in Google and recently cached (within 20 days).
Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
The page should have no more then 30 outbound links
Only 1 link on each domain.
Must be manually submitted.
Links page must be reached from homepage in 1 or 2 clicks
We will have the right to cancel a link if not found suitable.
Payment can be made as links are placed online and cached in Google.
We will need excel sheet report including
Site Title, type, URL, PR, URL of page with link, Anchor Text
Links that will not match the above guidelines will not be counted.
Payment via escrow.
50% Payment can be made as links are placed online
50% Payment when links are cached in Google.
