Description:	I need SEO friendly directory submissions / one way links for a baby Vitamin / Supplement related site. Minimum is 100 one-way link submissions - all sites need to have at least a PR 3 Ranking. I will provide the anchor text and descriptions to be used. ------------------------------------------------------- I grabbed this description from another post - but the idea is the same ---------------------------------------------------------- 1. Links must be permanent, free, and static. 2. All links must be FREE and shouldn't appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines. 3. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics. 4. Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, etc. Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow attribute. 5. Link pages must be cached by Google within the last 30 days. 7. No FFA, guest books, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms, Links from link exchanges, commercial web rings or link exchange programs and no more than 20 outbound links on each web page (where link is placed). 8. One link per domain, all from different class C IP ranges 9. All links should be listed in a spreadsheet so we can verify them.
