Description

We are looking for SEO partnership, to achieve top 5 rankings (Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.) for several keywords. (Keywords will be provided)

- You will achieve this by using white hat SEO only

- You will use link building, article submission, blogging, forum posting and any other relevant white hat techniques you have.
(All links must be left on PR3+ pages)

- You will need to report to us every 30 days with a detailing exactly of what you have done.
(Which sites you have linked to + any articles you have submitted etc)

- Bring only traffic from US, UK, Canada, Australia

Traffic:
- You must be able to drive targeted traffic to our site by submitting to search engines, directories, classifieds, article websites (articles will be provided), etc. Promoting through blogs (blogspot, wordpress, etc.), forums, yahoo answers, social bookmarks , social networks etc.

- You should post and submit articles/posts/links in the right categories to drive traffic.

After the initial work has finished and we are happy with the way you work, we will agree on a monthly fee to keep these rankings.

Regular communication will be important, and payments will only be released on successful proof of rankings

Regulations:
- Traffic must be targeted/interested/real
- No traffic from illegal, adult, banned, hate or undesirable sites
- Links must not be from pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, political, mirror, hate-based, banned sites or spam sites- No scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges
- No spam, bots, robots, link farms, exchanges
- Only white hat methods
- Only legitimate ways
- No fake visitors
- No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, link farms, framed pages, link-exchange, dynamic links, guest books, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
- Links must be static and search engine friendly
- No Email spam campaigns
- No Black hat methods to get us banned, No doorway pages or mirror pages
- No reciprocal links
- No PPC marketing only organic results, No paid positioning, only organic results
- Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static (no session Ids) to our website
- No more than 30 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
- Link page should be only from English language sites
- Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
- Link Page must have the PR and also must have been cached by major SEs in the last 30 days, also needs to be SE friendly page(no redirects, cloaking, framed pages)
- Links must be from different IP addresses

Answer these questions in PM:
- Tell us exactly what you'll do (methods) and how you're going to do it
- We need to be updated frequently on your work. Where you post, put links, etc.
- Tell us what you think you are capable of (just rough estimates of # of rankings)
- Samples of previous work/results
- How long it will take to increase traffic & get SEO working. Full details on the time frame.

We will need to see monthly reports on where articles have been submitted, which back links have been generated, blog posts posted, forum comments left etc etc.

Please be specific in your bid with details on what you plan to do to help us achieve high search rankings.


Payment terms:
We will pay at the end of every month once we receive report on what has been done.

We will deposit the amount in Escrow at the start of the month and release at the end of the month once you have sent us a
full report on the work you have done.

If you can deliver results we will use you / your company for ongoing basis

We will PM you the URL and keywords once you PM us with relevant past experience of top 5 results,
including website URL and keywords that are ranking on page one.
