The offers cost as little as $5 so you could even do them all yourself and still make $150, otherwise with a bit of advertising etc. you could get others to do it anyway.

There is a flat fee of $250 for this project, no point in bidding above/below, It will just point out you are a) stupid, b) haven't read this properly.

If you manage to get most of the referalls, I will consider paying most of the fee.
