Description:	This is for a Real Estate Listings website. So the links need to be in websites related to: Real Estate / Properties / Vacation Rentals / Riviera Maya Real Estate We will provide anchor text. Requirement: #1 We require at least 30 PR5+ one way (non reciprocal) permanent links linking to a site. #2 Full details of each site submission are required. Winner must provide text document entailing the URL, page rank, IP Address & webmaster email address for each link. #3 Part payment via GAF (escrow) or Paypal after verification of listings and documentation provided. Remaining payment to be made after Google has indexed the pages containing the links. #4 Winner will be considered for ongoing SEO support Specifications: • Links must be from topically relevant websites (Internet services, hosting, design, domains, etc) • All links to be permanent (min 12 months) and one way (non reciprocal). • Links must be listed/indexed on a minimum PR5+ PAGE. • Link must not reside on a page with more than 25 outbound links • Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 60 days) • Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink. Links should then be followed by a brief description of our website also including related keywords.
