Description

We are looking for 20 relevant one-way links from property related sites with page rank 3 or more.

Links should adhere to the following guidelines else the link will be rejected:


1) Links should be on property related sites only; link page will have PR 1 or better home page to be pr3 or better.

2) Link must be permanent one way html links containing our supplied anchor text.

3) Sites should not contain any illegal, pornographic or offensive content no forum posts or newsgroups.

4) Links must not be within spam or directory sites, no social bookmarking sites or link farms, no blackhat methods should be used.

5) Pages must be indexed and cached within the last 3 months by Google and must not carry more than 30 outbound links.

6) Pages must not contain a rel=nofollow tag.

7) English websites only.

8) Page must be SEO friendly and not contain redirects, cloaking, framed, or javascript links or disallowed by robots.txt.

9) All links must have unique IP addresses.

10) All links should be manually submitted

11) No more than 10 links to be added in any 10 day period.

Please bid for 20 links with the above condition’s

Payments will be released once the winning bidder supplies an Excel spreadsheet containing the link URL which will be manually checked and verified.

Depending on the success, this will be an ongoing requirement we also have many other sites.
