Description

I´m looking for an experienced link manager who can get 200+ quality reciprocal backlinks to my Tourism website.

My requirenments:

1. minimum of 200 quality backlinks/month to my website according my rules:
- PR3+ homepage sites
- links only from TOURISM sites worldwide - travel, vacation, tours & accommodation partners will be accepted.
- you must use my current links directory for link exchange, I have a links directory with worldwide country categories
- one link per website and IP address
- the page were our link is to be submitted, MUST be cached by Google
- the category/page must not contain more than 40 outbound links
- links must be added to the links page directly or max. 1 click from the links homepage to the category that best suits for my site.
- link to the links page must be visible on homepage, no hidden links pages
- NO JavaScript links
- NO links with the “nofollow” tag
- NO sites blocked by robots.txt
- NO link farms, illegal, blacklisted or spam sites
- NO sites that are using link exchange software
- NO sites with lots of non travel links
- never use link exchange software for submisions

Also what you have to do:
2. You will have to write link exchange, partnership and cooperation related emails
3. Send emails from my webmail account (separately, not bulk)
4. Use Skype to call the site owners regarding the partnership if needed
5. Check my links page to not send duplicate emails and delete sites from my links directory that are not linking back
6. Approve listings in my tourism directory and help to register if needed ...
7. Communicate with potential link partners (email, voice)
8. Check for reciprocal links on their sites
9. Find quality sites for link exchange using search engines
9. Manage xls workbook about your job (sent emails/day, partners that link back to us, PR of site´s PR, link title, ...)
10. Be online at least on working days, communicate (chat and voice) with me throught Skype.
11. Good english needed for communication with partners
