Description

I need 100 PR3+ one way links (note that this means the actual PR of the linking page NOT the main page) for student related website. Links should be put on relevant sites.

*Full details of each site submission are required. Winner must provide text document entailing the URL, page rank, Class C IP for each link.
*Your quote will be for the price for the whole project.
*All Links must be permanent

1. Bids to submit to directories, link farms or unrelated sites will be ignored
2. NO Banned sites, links must be permanent, which remain active and not disappear after a few weeks
3. Links should not be from framed pages
4. Links must be in text, no graphics, search engine friendly and must be manually submitted. No use of automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
5. Links must be obtained more or less evenly over a 1 month period to avoid any search engine penalties
6. All links must be FREE and shouldn't appear to be (nor should they actually be) sponsored links
7. No redirects, rel=nofollow, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash links, or any other unethical or black hat tactics
8. The pages on which the links appear must be search engine friendly with no redirects, cloaking, frames, etc. Pages must not be excluded by the robots.txt files.
9. Link pages must be cached by Google within the last 30 days and not from a site penalized or banned by Google or that seems to have incurred a Google penalty
10. No link farms, forums, directories, blog comment submission, strictly no FFA's, pharmacy, illegal, porn, violent, or hate-based sites, guestbook’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links.
11. No more than 30 outbound links on each web page where my links appear
12. One link per IP, one way link!
13. Links Must be from different, geographically diverse, Class-C IP Addresses.
14. All Links have to be on sites, which are NOT penalized or banned by Google.
15. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted
16. English language web sites ONLY
17. Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink and links should be spread out to point to relevant, category-level pages of the website, not only the home page and should be followed by a short description
18. Linked sites must not be under construction
19. Links should not come from dropped domains and domain should have at least 3 pages with valid pagerank
20.Links must be in text, no graphics.
21. Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs. i.e linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc.
22. Links must be in place for a minimum of two years free of charge, with the obligation on your part to replace any lost links within this period.


I reserve the right to refuse any link made or request a replacement. All links should be listed in a spread sheet so I can proof them. You must send a list of pages for approval before you submit. I will provide some achor text and some links descriptions that can be used for these links. Full details of each site submission are required. Winner must provide some kind of document entailing the URL, page rank for each link.

******** Future Work ***********

More projects are planned for the future, this is just a trial. Ideally we are looking to build a long term relationship with the successful bidder price permitting.

So only bid if you can deliver.

********* Payment **********

50% of the Payment will be made via PayPal or escrow after all 100 links have been placed and verified.

The remaining 50% of payment will be paid only after the links have been cached/indexed by Google.

If you are good, we are looking for a long-term partner we can pass much work across other websites. The work is very urgent max 3 or 4 weeks.

Please do not send me offers of directory submissions, article submissions. Do not send me information as to what PR is and etc. Simply bid for the work outlined in the brief.
