I am seeking someone to work on 5 real estate websites that I manage. Keywords in anchor text are "pei real estate" for all 5 sites and all 5 sites rank on Google search at page 2-5 at present. This is a monthly job extending for up to 6 months on these sites, after which, if you have increased their position on Google, there will be maintenance on these sites, and as well I may have some other sites for you. I am looking for someone who can handle any SEO projects and in whom I have the confidence to tell my customers that he/she can get results.

When you bid on this project, your bid should be per month and should detail out the techniques you are planning to use and where possible quantify your approach eg. I will submit to 200 directories per month with a PR3. I will add a link to 100 social bookmarking sites per month etc. I am looking for a six month plan.

The more information and detail you can give me on how you propose to make these sites first page on Google under the search term "PEI real estate", the easier it will be for me to choose you. Additionally good feedback here on GAF and the ability to prove a good standard of previous work, which can be verified, will be important in determining the winning bid.

I will want to know on a regular basis what you are doing which you can send me as a report on a weekly basis.

Payment will be made through GAF (or by Paypal) on a monthly basis.
