Description:	Greetings Freelancers, My website is in need of quality, 1-way non-reciprocal text links on PAGES with PR4+ that target our SEO search phrases (phrases will be given to potential bidders). Each link must be obtained under the following guidelines: 1) Must be permanent, non-reciprocal one-way links to my site 2) Must be text links that target my SEO phrases, with the links i provide. I will have 4 different phrases and 4 different landing pages, so roughly 8 links per phrase 3) No link directories, forums, blogs, spam sites, link farms, directories, mirror sites, article submissions, link exchange programs, flash sites, newsgroups, blog comments, ping sites, or FFA's 4) Must be obtained using legit techniques, NO SPAMMING! 5) Links must manually obtained without the use of spam-like letters 6) One link per site and IP address 7) Links must be obtained from different C-Class IP addresses 8) No spam sites, banned sites, or sites that are blacklisted 9) All links MUST be indexed by google bot 10) All links must be search engine friendly, therefore cannot have rel="nofollow" or no="noindex", robots.txt blocking, java scripted links, framed pages, cloaking, hidden, and no unethical link practices 11) No software or automatic submissions 12) Links must be obtained from quality sites that somehow relate to my site 13) Links must be on the page that has PR4+ ranking, not just from a site with PR4+ ranking 14) Links must be static, with no redirects, string parameters, SSID's, or anything that can hurt the quality of the link 15) No sites with adult, sexual, racist, or unethical content 16) No Black-hat techniques allowed, white-hat only 17) All pages must have a recent google cache (30 days max) 18) Pages must have no more than 20 outbound links 19) Links must be from English sites only. DO NOT obtain all links at once. Links should be obtained gradually over a period of 30-45 days. My overall goal is to get all 4 pages ranked as PR4+, through the links you are to obtain. I will not set this as a requirement of the project however, all you need to be concerned with is building me quality links that are on pages with PR4+. Project Deliverables: A clean, clear, and concise word document with the URLs to all 30 PR4+ Links obtained that follow the above guidelines. All links must be indexed by googlebot and i will verify they are cached before payment will be made. I reserve the right to reject any sites and links that do not meet my above requirements and will request a suitable replacement link for any rejected links before i allocate payment. Please do not bid if you do not have link building experience, use unethical techniques, cannot meet my requirements, or cannot start working immediately on the project. I am looking for SERIOUS people only, if you are here to waste my time, then go find another project to bid on.
