This is relating to my newly launched site.
I recently have launched my website planningyourtax.com for tax advice to US taxpayers.

Having some experience in IT, I am doing my own efforts for the promotion of this site, so I don't want off-page optimization. Please take into account this factor while quoting.
People quoting by cut-and-paste or sending automated responses quoting for full SEO services will be easily identified and ignored.

What I have already done:
I have already created and submitted sitemap and also registered for analytics and webmasters tools. I have identified and inserted some long-tail keywords also.

What I want you to do:

You should analyze the site details and find present problems/areas for improvement relating to onpage optimization. (ALL important factors like meta, h1, h2, optimizing text, finding and fixing missing alt tags, faster loading time etc. to be considered)

Then you identify some quick strategies to fix these problems.
Finally you should be able to execute these strategies.

My budget is limited so at this time I am expecting something like one-time solution and not a continuing one. I cannot keep on paying somebody continuously at this point of time.

However, if your proposal sounds good and ingenious, I won't mind considering your services in the near future on regular basis.

Please send me information on past experience. This is very important. All payments will be escrowed and released in instalments. The first escrow will be token one and after considering your analysis and suggestions, I can make further escrows.
