Description:	I am looking for an ongoing relationship with someone who specialises in SEO services, for our various wide range of clients. I am looking for providers who can review our client's situations, and advise on what they believe the best course of action is in regards to SEO. Most often the SEO work needs to follow through to the website and other forms of media, so you need to be able to articulate how it is that your changes will impact on the client, and what complimentary things could be done to the website to boost your efforts. I am not looking for a quick fix for our clients, to boost their rankings. I am interested in longer term efforts that will increase their presence online and make them more easily found. In particular recently my interest is in Page Rank. I am more interested in page rank in many cases, than SEO. And I want to ensure any efforts are gradual so as to reduce the risk that we will be blacklisted from any search engine or otherwise. I am not looking for someone who will just get on and follow instructions, I am looking for someone who can also explain what they are doing. My better understanding of what is being done and the impact it will have, -prior- to proceeding with any given project, will allow me to better promote the value of your services to our customers. Therefore bringing more work to you in the longer term. I am looking for someone who can communicate well and is professional. Someone who will respond to my correspondence promptly - whether or not they have an answer. Without prompt response to communication I am unable to consider providers as reliable. If it takes you 5 days to put together the information I need for a project, I would expect you to respond to my initial e-mail within 1-2 days, to say that it is going to take 5 days. This sort of communication is almost as equally important as the work itself - if the client has a query I need to pass on to you, and I have to wait 7 days for any sort of response, this is a major concern. My trust in your reliability as a provider allows me to bring you more work over time. I am looking for an hourly rate here, however this project in particular will be for a 5 hour trial project. The project will include advising me on a particular client's current situation, what you would do to improve their page rank and ranking on google for a specific two word key phrase, for a single Google country site, where they currently rank 38 quite consistently now in the results. They were ranking 30-40th on google.com previously, however now they seem to have dropped off the top 100. A previous provider has assisted me in getting them from a page rank of 0, to a page rank of 1, which has made a big difference. You can expect that, ongoing, the hourly rate will increase as you are able to prove yourself. Your skills in generating results for my clients will be just as important as your ability to advise me on what you are doing, what impact anything you do will have, and being able to provide feedback to my questions, and advice as I ask for it. I value long term relationships, and I treat my suppliers well. You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement before proceeding with any work, and you may not take any credit for, nor associate yourself at any way with my clients. You may not contact my clients directly regarding any matter. You will be dealing with me only for all projects, however I am available and willing to be an excellent referee and advise others of the great service you provide.
