******* Link requirements: **********

- DO NOT CONTACT me if you are going to tell me you want to submit me to 900 directories and some of those should be good links in a few months

- All Links must be permanent
- Links must be in 3 different text combinations (10 links for each combination), I will provide the text for you to use.
- Links must be listed/indexed on a minimum PR4 or more "PAGE" (I don't care what the home page ranks unless I am on it).
- No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, google banned site, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites I also don't prefer directories.
- One link per IP/domain
- Links from websites that already contain a link to our site will not be counted.
- No more than 25 links per page
- Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.).- Links must be static and direct using provided anchor text and title tag
- No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks.
- All links should be free and not paid links.
- All links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc.
- No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable
- One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted
- Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days)
- Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script.
- Link Page should be navigated to from the sites homepage.
- No text to mention the links are paid links.
- Sites must be live.

- At least 50% of Link pages must be related to Business / Commercial Real Estate Industry preferably Business / Franchise Opportunity or Commercial Property.
- Sites must be in the English language.
- All must come from the following countries United States of America, Canada, and United Kingdom (no restrictions on the number per country but the majority of links should be from the US).
- You will provide in excel/csv format the Site Url, link Url, the IP Address, Google ranking and country of each site you have added a link to.
- We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead.
- We must review your sites first, Quality is important, only once satisfied will payment be made.

******** Future Work ***********

More projects are planned for the future, this is just the first of a number of site promotions and data cleaning work planned for the site for this year. Ideally we are looking to build a long term relationship with the successful bidder price permitting.

A successful project will result in positive feedback and earn the status of preferred bidder for future work.

Likewise negative feedback will be provided for a poor service and the bidder will be blacklisted from any future projects.

So only bid if you can deliver.

50% of the Payment will be made via paypal after all 30 links have been placed and verified.

The remaining 50% of payment will be paid only after the links have been cached by Google.
