Description

We would like to build 30 Page Rank 3 or higher permanent one way links. You will need to submit a list of all link URLs (in Excel format) and the page rank of the linking page.

Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.

Specifications:

1. NO link farms, free for all links, blacklisted directories etc.
2. NO adult, gambling, pharmacy or similar dodgy sites.
3. NO scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popup’s, intrusive advertising, etc.
4. NO "Under Construction" websites
5. NO "Black Hat" techniques such as cloaking etc.
6. NO hidden links
7. NO rel=nofollow links in the code.
8. NO links on pages disallowed by robots.txt
9. NO MORE than half of the links can be from directories.
10. NO commercial web rings links exchange programs like Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc.
11. Links from websites that already link to our website will not be counted.
12. Page with link on it must have Page Rank 3 or higher.
13. Links should be on sites relevant to our industry
14. English web sites only.
15. Links must be search engine friendly, i.e. static pages, no javascript generated links, no redirects
16. Links must be permanent. No blogs, classifieds, dynamic links, etc.
17. Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google
18. Must be a text link. No graphics.
19. Link must not reside on a page with more than 30 outbound links
20. Only one link per IP/domain
21. All links should be free and not paid links.
22. One way links only. No reciprocal links will be accepted
23. We will be checking all links on a fake page rank checker

All the specifications above must be followed.
We will supply a list of URLs to link to and the anchor text to use.
You will need to submit a list of all link URLs (in Excel format) and the PR of the linking page. These links must meet ALL the specifications listed above.

We will escrow payment at the start of the project, and release payment following verification of all links. We will check all links on a fake page rank checker.
