Description

The site is 1 month old and PR0 and I need a experienced SEO team/person to help me achieve 1st page on Google and Yahoo
The SEO must be under the Google webmasters guideline. No Black Hat SEO.
Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website
- The page our link is placed on must be PR2+
- There is no more than 45 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
- Page must be updated by Google within the last 30-45 days
- Links should contain one of the target key phrases as a text hyperlink (to be provided to winning bidder)
- No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
- Link page should be only from English language sites
- Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
- Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
- Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, illegal,
- Links must not be labeled, sponsored, links, or ads;
- No hacker,dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links
- No scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges
- Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa
- No sites banned by google.
- Must be manually submitted.
- No link schemes, No blog comments, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups
- Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
- deployment of the links over 3-4 weeks

All links must be approved before you place the link. Please send us an excel sheet including, the site's URL, site PR, Site Name and Site Type.

I'll provide the title/anchor text for our site.
Please bid only if you have some experience with this and can provide a record of successfully completed web promotion projects. Also bidders are asked to provide a detailed list about what they plan to do to promote the site. (Which SEO techniques will you use? How do you want to generate traffic? Where will the traffic be coming from? How much traffic do you think you will be able to generate?
