Description

Our firm is in need of 50 (or more) PR 3 (or better) links to our home page within 4 weeks. If this works, we'll do this monthly with which ever firm we select. We do have some requirements that need to be strictly followed. A good SEO firm will not have any problems with these requirements.


- No directory listing links
- One link per domain only
- Links should come from different C-Class IP's
- All Links must be permanent (no articles)
- Link pages must relate /relevant to topic (clothing, men's fashion)
- Links must be in different text combinations (to be provided)
- No links from fake PR pages
- Links must be PERMANENT
- No Flash sites or pages please
- Links must contain target anchor text (to be provided)
- NO freely hosted sites -geocities, tripod etc.
- NO FFA, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, guestbooks, porn, religious extremist, frame site, illegal sites, etc.
- Linking page must not have more than 20 existing links per page
- Links must be static and direct using anchor text and title tag
- No "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or similar
- No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks
- All links should be free and not paid links (we don't want a monthly bill for these links)
- All links must be indexable by Googlebot
- No - rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages, etc.
- All links must be visible and readable. (no hidden links please)
- One way links only
- All must come from English language sites
- No JavaScript or redirect script
- Link Page should be navigated directly from the sites homepage
- No article submission (we've got plenty of those already)
- Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted
- Quality links are key. As such only when we are satisfied will payment be issued.

Deliverable:
We require an Excel file with the following:
1. Site Title
2. Site type
3. Site URL
4. Site PR
5. URL of page with link
6. URL Page PR
7. Anchor Text
8. Date Submitted
9. Date Accepted

We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links.

Payment is negotiable...but will only be issued once project is completed (no partial or prepayments).
