Looking for some high PR back links (blog comments) for a Real Estate related website. I have several sites that this SAME package can apply to for multiple weeks and months of work should it work out well. Looking for a long term relationship with a quality link builder. I personally have the knowledge and skill to do this task - I do not have the time nor a team.

Project consists of:
* 200 PR6+ backlinks (must have a few PR7 AND pR8)
* For clarification, 1 comment/backlink per page/URL.
* Backlinks should be Do-follow.
* Pages should be cached within past 15 days.
* Pages should have less than 50 External links.
* PR is REQUIRED to be ON THE PAGE the link will be commented on, NOT the main domain url.
* Simple Spreadsheet providing URLS and PR of that Page should be provided after work is completed.

Please understand that White Hat techniques are very important, Black Hat methods will NOT be accepted.

Please provide PROOF that you completely understand what this project involves by submitting
Past work examples -OR- 3 to 4 links of current blog posts on which you would be able to post our needed comments.

Payment will be:

$25 once provider is chosen (in GAF escrow ONLY)
$75 After confirmation of first 100 links (paid directly via GAF)
$75 After confirmation of the second part of links (paid directly via GAF)
and the REST (paid directly via GAF) after 14-18 days from submission (to make sure that our links will not be deleted by webmasters)
