Please no amateurs or beginners.

REQUIRED: 10 - 15 - PR2+, Static + HTML + Permanent + One-Way Links

I am looking to build a long-term relationship and will have more sites for link building in a weeks time with requirement of 50-100 links - so please provide a realistic and proper price per link and time frame for 10 - 15 links.


NOT ACCEPTABLE:
Links from - Gambling, Casinos, Online Pharmacy, Porn sites, Sex toys, FFA, Link Farms, Google banned sites, Fake PageRank sites, Blackhat website, political extremist, religious extremist, etc,

No FFA, guest books, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links from link exchanges etc.


NOT REQUIRED:
Links from - Directory Submissions, Forums, Blog Comments, Article Writing and Submissions, Social Bookmarking


PREFERRED:
Links from Canadian (.ca) sites preferred but not necessary
Links from French Language sites preferred but not necessary


REQUIRED
1. Links from relevant Sites Related to House Construction, Property Development, Real Estate, New Home Construction

2. Links from at least PR2+ page (note that this means the actual PR of the linking page NOT just the Home page)

3. All links must be indexable by Googlebots and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc.

4. All Links must be from topically relevant English/French language-based developed websites (not under construction)

5. 3 different anchor texts, Description will be provided. Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink

6. Links must be permanent, free (no Paid Links), one way/non-reciprocal, and static html link

7. Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script

8. Links should not be on Flash sites or pages

9. Links should not be on web pages that are disallowed by robots.txt tag

10. Links should not be from framed pages or cloaked pages

11. Link must not reside on a page with more than 30 outbound links

12. One link per IP/domain. All links must be from different domains and IP address (geographically diverse, different class-c IP address block).

13. Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.)

14. Links must be static and direct using provided anchor text and title tag

15. The links must be LEGIT and PERMANENT.

16. No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks

17. No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable

18. Details in Excel spreadsheet including the following columns and link data:
– Date link accepted
– Link URL (the URL of where our link is located)
– Google page rank of the link URL
– Anchor Text

I reserve the right to REJECT Links that do not meet the terms and conditions and will require you to add suitable replacement links.
