Description

Please make an offer for 20 PR 3+ one way links related to construction, home improvement, remodeling, house improvement site.

The below must be followed

- The link page indexed with PR3 or higher by Google, no redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics.
- Links must contain our target keyphrase as a text hyperlink
- No links from porn/adult
- Page must not be disallowed by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the "rel=nofollow" tag
- one link per domain: links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
- No Link Farms or directory submissions
- No blacklisted or spam sites.
- Links only on pages that is topic relevant (Cleaning Services, Janitorial).
- English language web sites only.
- Web sites must be developed (Not under construction).
- No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads,popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
- Must be on a search engine friendly page (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc.
- Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo.
- Must be a text link. no graphics.
- Links must be permanent. No guestbooks, FFA's, Blogs, Classifieds, dynamic inks, forums ,etc.
- Links must be on a website that is topically relevant.
- If the link is on a links page there should not be more than 30 other total links on the same page - Inbound and/or outbound.
- One way links
- No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
- Must be manually submitted.
- No Articles.
- Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
- We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
- No sites that require ongoing payments
- You will not participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs like Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc.
- Links must be permanent, active and NEVER expire.
- Please submit samples of 3-5 sites and/or locations you expect to use with bid.

Anchor text for the links will be provided after service provider is chosen.

Consider this project as evaluation of yourself as a service provider. If I'm satisfied with your work, you will be selected as the service provider for my future link building projects.

You will provide all proposed link data in an Excel Spreadsheet which will include:
Proposed Link-Site URL, Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank, Alexas Traffic Rank, and IP Address.

Required info in an Excel sheet:
1. Site title
2. Site PR
3. Link URL (the URL where our link is located)
4. Page PR
5. Anchor text
6. Date submitted
7. Date accepted
8. IP address

Payment will be made through GAF escrow after links have been verified.
