Description

I need quality non-reciprocal text links and a link building strategy for my site. I need links from sites that are about quitting smoking or specifically about quitting smoking with lasers. I am ranked at #8 in Google for certain keywords but I want to be ranked #1.

-150 link minimum - PR3 and above
-Only Incoming (non-reciprocal) links
-No JavaScript links
-No framed sites
-No flash site links
-No robots.txt exclusions
-Exclusion in Robots Tag
-Links with specified “Keywords” in the Anchor Text
-Sufficient randomization in the anchor text
-Links from sites that have PR specified links page
-Link to my site should not be through a “redirect” script
-No SPAM should be used to solicit links
-No links from Link Farms
-No FFA networks
-Links from Pre-indexed Pages only
-Spread your site link across different domains
-No links from PORN
-No black hat
-Links have to be from quit smoking related sites or other sites that will help me rank.

I have SEO'd my own site and it is doing well but now I need a link expert to give me that push to the top. Any other recomendations would be greatly appreciated.
If you are qualified to do so, please send a list of what you have done and how you can help. 50% payment at start of project and 50% payment when I see a list of links that Google has cached.

This could be a long term project for the right person as I have a few "niche" sites that need this.
