I need a google adwords PPC EXPERT ONLY!

I have a marketing piece of software that is in a small niche of 6 advertisers and I am averaging 3 place on searches and I need someone to do whatever they have to in order to get me closer to #1 for searches. My quality score is probably bad so you must come in and create/edit campaign to get it better. You are responsible for monitoring it for a couple weeks or whatever you feel is neccessary. I only have one campaign so I am told that is the reason why my quality score is down because my CTR is low on alot of ads.

again, please only bid if you are an EXPERT in PPC.
