If your site is not listed in 6 month then you can submit your website again on Dmoz. Before this period if you try to submit your site then your previous submission will be cancelled also. so for this you have to wait for up to 6 month. I have submitted lots of websites on Dmoz. Some of listed in a month or two and some sites took 3-4 months. My last submitted website (www.aamcoarizona.com) took 4 month to get listed on Dmoz.
