Description

I’m looking for someone who is very experienced in creating manual back links for websites. I have a whois dns tools site that is used to lookup domains and is brand new. I now need to build Page Rank for this site by creating back links as currently there are none and I want to improve listings and maintain them.

Applicants must be prepared to manually create back links (NO Automated Submissions) using varying descriptions / link text and using only ethical / white hat SEO techniques.Definitely NO Paid for back links, NO Reciprocal Links, No Links from Illegal, Adult, Warez or non-english language sites & NO Link Exchanges, Link farms Etc.
I will also want all back links listed on a spreadsheet with url of page where my link can be found and PR of page.

Please respond with any recent SEO achievements and describe how you would proceed with a link building plan for this site and the cost involved. If you specialize in creating increased Page Rank for sites, you’re in with an excellent chance! I run a large network of sites so the right candidate who can deliver good results will definitely receive plenty more work.
