Description

Invox ("Intelligent Voice" - www.invox.com) has a 40 man-year next generation phone designer with six patents. Designing a phone system is now just as simple as dragging and dropping the components and connecting to build a phone system. Besides all common features of PBX, you can connect your phone system to your CRM, database, email, IM, calendar, REST calls, web services etc. Invox also gives a free PBX with one hour free mins too if you a small business owner. BTW, everything is voice driven and Invox supports Spanish, US/UK English, French and German.

We are looking for beta coordinator who can gather participants for usability testing. We pay $15-20 for each feedback session which is about 1 hour to 75 mins. We collect feedback on how the users play with the tool, what their common issues are, how do we enhance the usability, feature suggestions etc.

You should be in a position to get at least 15 beta customers. The profile should be
- 5 business owners with 3-5 employees
- 5 business owners with more than 5 employees
- 1 business owner using Zoho or Salesforce
- 4 business owners with more than 10 employees
