I want to get more traffic for my website (www.sport-ivoire.ci).

It is a French sport website, for general sport news, and news about africain soccer stars.

My current stats (from xiti) are:
20,000 visitors per month
52,000 visits per month
470,000 pages view per month

Please, tell me:
1. how much you can help me reach (quality traffic).
2. time due to get the result
3. budget required
4. your working plan (your strategy)

Maybe a combination of SEO, Link building, Google Rank, and Social Networking.

-No paid traffic
-Traffic must be targeted, bringing relevant people who will be interested in the site.
-Visitors must be comfortable reading French language websites.
-No spam, bots, robots, link farms, exchanges.
-Only white hat methods
-No visitors from auto surf site. No fake visitors. This will be monitored.
-Google, Google AdSense should not ban our site.


Results will be measured using :
-Unique visitors (xiti)
-Visits (xiti)
-Google/yahoo rankings
-Alexa ranking
