We need to purchase this list for personal use, it will not be resold!

The email list cannot be a spam list, subscribers have to all be opt-in from a legal website). We need people from New York and New Jersey, USA (some philly is acceptable also).

We need to know exactly where these emails came from, they have to all be opt-in.
