Hello Everyone,

I have an Air Conditioning & Heating company in NYC. There are millions of contractors who are unhappy with the air conditioning company they use. There are thousands of buildings who are unhappy with there air conditioning companies as well.

I am looking to devolop a telemarketing & research team.

I want you to do what you have to do, in other words do you research, get me on bid lists, get printouts of contractors and call them , get printouts of building managers and call them aswell.

I will pay you a commission.

For every job you get us to bid on I will pay you 10.00
Getting us bids can be very easy so 10.00 is reasonable

Now If we bid on the job & we get it we will give you 1%
you make 1% for just making a phonecall
Do the math
The job costs 100,000 , you make 1,000
the job costs 350,000 , you make 3,500

Not bad huh?

Another commision plan we can workout is with building managers.
They give us a try for service or maintenace on one of there buildings , you make an easy 50.00

If you are hungry you can make lots of money

We are non-union
we want work only in nyc manhattan area
