We are looking for hard-core sales closers that are driven and money-motivated.

Adults that want to be treated like adults; those chosen few who saw the movie "Wall Street" and said “Hell yes!” when Gordon Gekko stated that "Greed is good."

You may have a home here. Join a winning team in a winning company.

Our main office is in Chicago, Illinois. Therefore unless you relocate (sorry, we cannot pay for this) you will be working from your home office. The good news is that you can skip the commute, set your own hours, even build YOUR own sales force and get paid in proportion to your success.

This position is available in all 50 states and even internationally. Indeed, you can work anywhere, as long as you have a phone line and Internet access. Anywhere - think about the possibilities! Perhaps you've dreamed of living where you vacation - the lakes, mountains, beaches. Here's your chance. Take your job with you and work wherever you want.

This arrangement necessitates making this an Independent Contractor position - so no salary, benefits, or phone expenses can be provided.

Closer or Poser?
If you are a Closer, you will want, indeed demand, a commission-only pay plan with a high rate. Closers are producers who rightly want to benefit by their hard work, dedication, and talent.

If you are a Poser, you will want a salary. Posers want to get a paycheck but won't or can't perform.

BWI is looking for a few more Closers and Producers!

We Do Not Offer: Salaries - Benefits - buy your own, you can afford it!
Vacations - you want a vacation, take one! Babysitting of the posers. We have no time for time wasters or cubicles to hide out in while the years roll by.

This is not MLM. There are absolutely no products to buy, investments to make, people to recruit, and unless they are in the industry you will not be selling anything to friends and family!

Requirements:
Must have at least one year minimum successful sales experience.
You must be able to do business with professionals in a very professional manner, with the highest integrity.
Need to be bright and upbeat.
Must be serious about wanting to improve your career situation
Automotive knowledge and background is helpful but not required - we will teach you what you need as we go along.

An ideal candidate would have offered marketing or advertising programs to professional clients via the phone and in face to face contact with a high degree of success.

Earnings Potential:
This is a realistic opportunity to earn $2K to $8K per month. More is possible, as is less. The key variables, as always with commission sales, are call volume and close ratio. We provide training and help to improve the latter. You provide the time, effort, and dedication to improve the former.
