I am hiring active referrals for Buxwiz.com and NeoBux.com, right now I am more interested in BuxWiz.com. I am looking for an advertiser skilled in building a down line and am willing to pay for it. The key is that these referrals must be active as there are many places to buy referrals but they would be inactive. The advertiser must be skilled in the PTC industry and know how to build down lines. I am willing to pay from a very small project to a small project ($30-$750).
