Description: I have a new website that I wish to have the highest Google Page Rank possible, I would like to be really close to pages when people search for 3dbuzz, digitaltutors, gnomon, thegnomonworkshop, maya, zbrush, maya tutorials, video tutorials, Maya, Tutorials, Tutorial, Modeling, Animation, Autodesk, Alias, Mental Ray, Studio and Renderman Tutorials I want more traffic need to see more members joining (cgwhat.com)
Give me your ideas and tell me what you can do.

No quick fixes please
1. Only links from relevant sites will be accepted.

2. Links must be permanent one way static html links with the anchor text of our choosing with no rel=nofollow links in the code.

3. The link page indexed with PR3 or higher by Google, no redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics.

4. Link page must be search engine friendly. (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc. Page must not be dis-allowed by robots.txt

5. Links from guestbooks, FFA, forums etc. are not acceptable.

6. The linking page must have no more than 30 outbound links.

7. One link per domain, all from different IP addresses.

8. English language web sites only.

9. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.

10. I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

Payment will be made upon my receipt of a listing of the active links with URL, PR and IP address.

Looking to establish a long term working relationship with a quality provider for ongoing projects and after these four I have 7 more.

PR is just a number it doesn't count Rankings are important so what is the url and tell me 3-4 keyphrases you whant rankings for Regards
