Description

I have a horoscope website which I would like well promoted. SpeakToTheSky.com. It offers a free weekly horoscope and free weekly email. It also has a WAP site and is a popular widget on bluepulse .com. You can also get your horoscope sent to you by SMS.

My main interest is increasing the number of subscribers to the free weekly email. Subscribers only need to enter their email address and star sign.

Promoting the site should only use legal methods and nothing that would upset search engines. I do not just want a list of email addresses and star signs. As I have had past bad experiences, I would prefer to put the amount in Escrow and pay you after I see the success which will be based on 2 weeks of my sending out subscriber emails less the ones that unsubscribe. All new subscribers will be counted as being from you. Please tell me how you would like that to work as part of your submission.

I have 3 other much larger sites to promote if this works well. I am using this as a trial.
Please remember that my main interest is increasing the number of subscribers to the free weekly email.

Please put in your bid how you would propose to do the promoting and if you will need to exceed the budget and why.
