Description

We need to have incoming one-way links and reciprocal links created for our site. All links should be from related theme sites -teddy bears, stuffed animals, party supplies, toys or child related sites. No adult sites, banned sites or unrelated links will be accepted, our business is child and family oriented.

All need to be pr3, 4, 5 and higher need them to expect a spread of some pr5's, 4, 3 and minimum of 2 for the sites.

Reciprocal Links
We need 100 reciprocal links for the site, entered on the links page for our approval.

One-way Links
We need 150 incoming one-way links. One way non-reciprocal links from related sites only, no link exchanges for these.

1. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 2, not just a PR2+ site.
2. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to index page
3. All links must be permanent.
4. No link farms, link directories, forums, blogs, adult & porn, articles submission, press releases or spam sites.
5. No sites banned by Google. No Blacklisted or spam sites
6. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache.
7. Link pages must be related to our site theme only - toys, party supplies, fundraiser, charity, children related.
8. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses.
9. Preferably not more than 30 outbound links per page where my site link will appear.
10. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc.
11. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted.
12. Links must be from english websites only.
13. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
14. The links should be from sites located in the United States. We will accept some from Canada, Western Europe and Australia but these should be limited in quantity.

Payment will be made by escrow. This will be released in stages, once we have verified the URL, PR and IP address and after that the links are cached.

We will require any links that do not meet ALL of the listed conditions to be replaced.
