I have a newly founded freelancer site
I would like a person to promote,SEO and make the site have great traffic and many members that will post projects in the site and deposit cash so as to guarante working status of the site

The interested persons should
1)social bookmark
2)press releases
3)Direct quality backlinks
4)Any other whitehat techniques
5)Forum or other relevant project posts
6)Refering people

No FFA ,Blackhat methods, PTC ,GET paid to signup or any other incentive methods will be accepted

The interested persons should be able to get a big freelancer amount of traffic plus about 1000 service buyers and many service providers
