Description

I am looking to build 1000 quality links and pagerank 3 or higher for my video downloading website, this site enables users to download various videos from youtube, and other video sites.

Requirements:

* Only links from topic related sites are accepted
* PR of 3-4 or higher. (PR of the linking page, not the main page)
* Links must be manually submitted by you – not from link farms, link exchanges, or directories.
* Links must be static- no redirects, scraper or mirror sites, cloaking, or anything banned by Google.
* No spam or framed sites
* Links must be clearly visible to visitors on the site and should not have any restrictions such as rel=”nofollow.”
* Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
* No Black Hat SEO.
* No more than 40 outbound links on each web pab page where link is placed.
*Links should be deployed over the course of 6 weeks.

Deliverable:

1000 Quality Links
PR3 or higher Pagerank.

I will make payment via escrow once I approved it, you can check the stats from DomainPagerank.com.
If you are awarded the contract and any of the requirements are not met, there will be no payment. If you cannot meet on these requirements please do not bid.
Pls provide me specification in PM on exactly how you are gonna build the link and promote the website.
