This is an easy project.
All you need is below:

I want 10,000 Signups for my Referral Link.
Please Follow Rules:
1) All Signups (Login Names, Password, Email Address) used for signups must look real.
No Fake Logins, Password, Email Addresses Allowed.
2) Unique IP Addresses Needed for Every Signup.
(Not Dynamic IP's like connect, disconnect and get new IP, this is not valid)
3) Female Accounts Only.
4) Photo must be uploaded.
