Description

I need 100 + one way links for a Chat related website that I own. Links should be put on a site thats relevant to my site.

The links must have some PR and must be of a decent quality and not just be sections on directorys

I reserve the right to refuse any link made or request a replacement. You must send a list of pages for approval before you submit.
I will provide some achor text and some links descriptions that can be used for these links.

What I require

1 We require at least 100 one way (non reciprocal) permanent links linking to a site. If you can provide more than 100 links then obviously please state so.
2 Full details of each site submission are required. Winner must provide some kind of document entailing the URL, page rank for each link.
3 Link pages must be google cached within past one month.

How you will be paid

Payment will be released once that all links ( 100 ) are verified and after that the links are memorized in cache.
Transfer 100% will transfer to selected bidder.

Once you have been selected You will receive an email from me stating that payment has been deposited.
Funds will be release once we have verified submission details.

I have many web sites so if I can find a good link partner them i will be able to provide long term partnership and access to other clients.

Spec

• At leastl 100 + one Way Links.
• Static & Permanent One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted.
• Links must be listed/indexed on a page with some pr
• Link must not reside on a page with more than 20 outbound links
• Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days)
• Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink. Links should then be followed by a brief description of our website also including related keywords.

• Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script.
• Links should not be on Flash sites or pages.
• Links should not be listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or backlisted - Must be relative to our website).

• Links should not be from framed pages
• All links must be from a different domain and IP address (from different class c block).
• Linked sites must be in production (developed and not under construction).
• Links must be in text, no graphics.
• Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs.
