Description: I am looking for someone who can generate unique ebay ACRU leads. An ebay ACRU lead is a new ebay user registration who bids on any item. Every lead will need to be completed using a different US proxy. A VCC may be needed, and if so would prefer you be able to provide these.

This person will be someone who can provide a very low cost price per lead, and can do so around or below $4.00 per lead. Please do not bid unless you can generate these leads and each one be unique. I would need the first batch to be completed withing 7 days at a rate of 20-25 per day. I will need a couple test leads to ensure they are in compliance.
