Hey,

I need a pr 3/4/5 links to my arcade flash site .
1. Links must be from related or complementary websites
2. Min PR3+ web pages
3. no more than 20 links on each web page (where link is placed)
4. Links should contain the target short keyword/keyphrase as a text hyperlink which we specify
5. Each link should be placed on different geographically diverse IP subnets
6. Links should be followed by a short description of the target website also containing related keywords.
7. only One way links
8. Links should not be from framed pages, javascript or redirect script (normal PR bleeding link) and must be on English
9. Links should not be from bad neighbourhoods (porn or other offensive websites) See 1.
10. Links should not be on Flash sites or pages
11. Links should not include a rel=nofollow tag
12. Links should not be on a links page excluded by a robots tag
13. All links need to be in place for a minimum of 12 months
14. All Links should not be on a site penalized or banned by Google, and website should have a recent cache

Fixed Budget: 50$ Its a fixed budget . Tell me what you can offer for 50$ . Money escrowed for members with feedback only . For new members money paid after work is done and satisfactory .
