Description:	I am presently trying to build a network of independent real estate appraisers across the United States that can be leveraged to sell appraisal services to real estate lenders (both residential and commercial real estate). I recently launched a new appraisal management serices website and need to recruit appraisers to join my network. I am targeting 100 new appraisers to join my network in the first month by going to my website to signup and submit other required credentials (I can explain what this list is in further detail to the successful bidder). This project is for real estate appraisal services in the United States. To join my network of licensed and certified appraisers is free of charge. I am willing to pay $200 to whoever is able to get me 100 appraisers within the first month. Before I accept your bid, I would like to know how you are going to get 100 appraisers to join my network If the successful bidder/bidders complete this project well and within the time frame, I will look to continue building this network by targeting to have multiple appraisers in each state join my network over the course of the next 6 months. For example, I would like to have 10-25 appraisers for each state be a part of my network. 15 appraisers x $2/appraiser x 50 states = $1,500. I am looking for someone to build this network fast and if you can meet my targeted objectives, I will consider using you to help me build a large email database of real estate lenders (both residential and commercial real estate) where this network will be marketed. Plain and simple - I need someone to search for appraisers on the various appraisal networks, send them an introductory email, which I have written and can be cut and pasted into each message. This message will ask them to go to our website, where they can complete the registration process. This project is a combination of finding appraisers on the web (I will provide a list of the most popular apraisal listings) and then sending them an invitation to join my network. In summary, I am seeking someone to build a list of appraisal contacts and then email them information. I can also set the successful bidder up with an account utilizing my domain name.
