I have started an online program for quite while ago. It is a very good business program with a huge potential, but turn to be that I don't have the time/skill to promote it properly


I am looking to someone who can, bring 1000 paid sign-ups in 2 months,I am willing to pay $2.50 for each sign-up, on the end of each month using paypal.com or AlertPay.com.

A)..Please! Do not ask for up-front payments! Some people wanted from us to pay
them upfront! Payment is entirely based on results! NO Results no Payment!!!
If you read on the Project description, we will not wait until the end of
Project to start paying you...

B)..We don't want bidders, who don't respond to our PMs in 24 hours max!

C)..Do not give us offers that are not related to our requirements!

D)..Don't think that We will give you a single penny, if there are no Sign-ups after
you promote our Web service!

Not Escrow payments at least on this specific Project.

F)..Otherwise, you will not be considered for the work!

G)..Do not expect to be considered if you do not keep my requirements!
