Description

I need to send email offer to every business in Santa Clara County. I will provide email content you will mail and provide list with bounces and opt-outs removed. You must have own software and email address to send from.

The company Is a commercial security company offering its products and services and directs to a very nice website. This company has been in business 30 years and has some new security products to present to consumers. Great products I just need consumers.

I am using Constant Contact now but getting flagged for a higher than 1/1000 spam report. I have been averaging 5/1000 with the current email. I am seeking a refined list before I submit to Constant Contact.
