Looking for someone to moderate a music forum. The forum has 600+ members and steadily growing. It receives alot of new signups but not much discussion activity. We need someone who can come in and generate discussion. We need the topics to center around music.
You'll be required to keep the forum active and busy, including promoting to build new members and maintaining interesting topics. Your availability should be pretty flexible and you should make it a point to visit the forum several times during the day, spending a great deal of time moderating activity and adding to the discussions. There should be new signups of members and new topics and replies to posts daily based on your own individual efforts. This is an ongoing project. We need a permanent staff member.
The ideal person will have a love for music, any genre, be bubbly and energetic, enthusiastic, a team player, and ideally creative. In other words, we want someone who can contribute ideas for contests and games, partake in games with other members, as well as provide relevant content to the forums along with speedy replies.
Preferably someone who resides in the U.S., for timezone purposes, is a plus. Experience or familiarity with management of a successful forum is desirable.

We're looking for volunteers, but will pay a modest salary of about $10-15/monthly.
