WANTED - RELIABLE, Proven Craigslist, Posters

YOU MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO MAKE MULTIPLE POSTS PER DAY that STICK.
I need a professional that understands customer service and building long term profitable relationships.

I will supply you with Titles and Descriptions that should be posted too. You as the poster are responsible for MAKING SURE MY POST IS PRESENT AT ALL TIMES!

You are required to create a daily spreadsheet with all links to the ads and the amount of live ads that are on Craigslist

* I will not pay for ads that are GHOSTED, BLACKLISTED, or DELETED in 48 hours.

Basic Job Details Summary:

1. Looking for an EXPERT to HAND-POST at least 100 ads to Craigslist 4 days a week to start. (You must have experience with multiple postings/daily on craigslist). This will be an ongoing partnership.
2. Alternate ads in different cities
3. Must NOT post all at once.
4. You must monitor your ads to make sure they stay online for at least 48 hours. I will only pay for ads that stay up for at least 48 hours.
5. Must be able to overcome IP restrictions in Craigslist and host images that will be redirects (fwds) to ensure our IP does not get banned.
6. Must be able to work around CAPTCHA and post LIVE-ADS.
7. Submit weekly excel report of the ads (links). Ads must be live and searchable by the public.
8. I will NOT supply email addresses, remote ip's, and domain fwds etc to use for this project. You should have all these systems in place already!
9.You will need to set up a gmail account login/password ASAP to give to me and forward all correspondence from the posts to this address.

Please explain in detail the system you have that works flawlessly.

GHOSTED/REMOVED
Ads must stay online and searchable by the public for at least 48 hours or I will not pay for that ad.
If you get an ad that gets ghosted or removed, please let me know and provide the reason for this per Craigslist.. I understand neither you of us can stop someone from flagging us.

BUDGET:
Your bid is the weekly fee to do this work.

LENGTH OF PROJECT
This project is long term. Need to start ASAP.

COMMUNICATION
You must be available for Yahoo instant messaging.

You will then be given more info and an opportunity to do some test posts, after which you will be given the job if things are done well.

REMEMBER - YOUR BID IS FOR 1 WEEK posting 100 ads, 4 times per week, for a total of 400 postings. We will ignore auto posts - please read the entire posting and acknowledge the key points and highlight your strong points. So you are BIDDING FOR A TRIAL RUN to see if you can perform.
