Looking for Experienced Craigslist Ad Posters - Post 50 to 500 ads per day

POST ads to Craigslist in:

• "for sale -> business" section in the all major US cities
• "real estate -> commercial" section in the all major US cities
• "job postings ->" section in the all major US cities - We would probably ease into this category

You must have experience with multiple postings/daily on craigslist.

This will be an ongoing partnership.

We would also add Backpage and Kijiji to the mix if offered/interested (this would likely happen BEFORE entering the "job postings" section of CL.

If you have a very high "show" percentages but don't have the capacity to handle all of our listings, we would still be interested in working with you as you would have your own "batch" of postings.

We would "like" to have ads posted 7 days a week however they absolutely need to be running Monday through Friday.


• You will be responsible to manage your own IP addresses, craigslist accounts and phone verified accounts as needed. (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.)
• You must have IP addresses that DO NOT GET GHOSTED (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.)
• You will need to monitor your posting to verify no ghosting, flags, etc. The posting must stay up at least 12 hours. (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.)
• provide a daily excel spreadsheet with links to every ad and the date & time of posting
• should be easy to communicate with on a daily basis
• for communication you must have or create a MSN Messenger account.
• You will need to know how to place html ad or image based ads.
• You must have experience in placing html ads with a link.

I WILL
• Provide the ads & work with you to help increase ad effectivness and reduce flagging.
• Provide a global list of cities and categories that ads should be placed in & work with your recommendations for best posting practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
I will pay the agreed amount for each non-ghosted or non deleted ad.
I need you to verify that each ad has been posted by sending me a list of links with the date & time of posting.
I will only pay for ads that stick (ghosted or deleted ads do not count)
Payments will be through Paypal, unless there's an easier way that works for both of us.
I'm looking to build a long-term business relationship with the right person or company.

Payment:
• My rate is negotiable I've seen posting amounts from 0.05 to 0.50, I'm willing to work with this number based on performance. I feel a good starting point is probably somewhere between .20 - .30 per qualified ad.
• Will pay weekly to start. but for accounting purposes would prefer to switch to monthly payments (after working relationship is established)

We will hire 1 person with this posting and determine whether other service providers are also needed.

• IP addresses
• Craigslist accounts
• Phone verified accounts as needed
