Please read entire project description:

We are looking for a professional EXPERT Craigslist team who can do the following:

Create Ads: (able to create different variations/templates; has good grasp of english language)
Post Ads: (if you have the systems you may be able to post more than one time per day)

We will provide:

1. jpegs
2. ad description, header, location, apartment features via Google spreadsheet

You must know how to avoid being ghosted. You will have PVA's, you will have systems in place.

Long term project. As long as you don't get ghosted you can post everyday. You MUST post during a specific time in Central time, specifically 11:00am - 6:00pm CST.

Communication is VERY important.

You will be paid .25 per LIVE ad (this includes creating ad and posting) - non-negotiable.

There is a PAID test period (1 day) so we can work out the details, questions, and determine if this is a good fit for the both of us. We don't want to waste your time so we will only ask you to create ads for 1 property so we can see what you can do. We can also provide samples of what we are looking for but I'd rather see what you do on your own.

We DO NOT NEED YOU TO CREATE ADS

We will provide you with image ads.

You will save image using a web hosting site like photobucket.com in order to get your own URL for image ad

Headers will be provided.

We will pay .20 per Live ad posted correctly.

Posting times are between 11:00am CST and 5:00pm CST; we will give you a specific timeframe during these hours to post ads. This is important you understand because sometime we need posting at 4pm CST and that means morning in other places.
