Hi sir! I've been working on VoIP for more than 2 years now and working on many project... So i strongly believe that i can adapt your requirement in VoIP. Do you need an VoIP server or just an automaticed calls feature via voip? If you need, i can set up an VoIP server for you, and this feature is embedded on it. In this case, you might need an dedicated Linux server, and at least one trunk that can make call to VOIP.
