hi all friends
i want a simple application to be Crated with Visual Basic 6.0

Description:
1- there is a form with a Background Picture (pic will load externally)

2- snow falling on that form. (image of snow will load externally too)

- i want source code of Application. (VB6.0)
- Deadline is 11/30/2008

i am a programmer like you, this is a simple application, i don't have VB6.0 and enough time. this is the reason of why i want to choose another person to do this for me.
