However, I'm not currently certain about the work involved in downsizing it and so can't include that in my initial bid. Dear Sir/Madam I am versed in Excel in its entirety and based on my ability, knowledge and skills that I have acquired over the years of using Excel from it was released on the market, I am confident that I can resolve your current issue and any other issue you may encounter with Excel or any other MS Office software. Excel in general my not be the best alternative if at optimal status the file size is 1 mb. I could probably deliver the completed project in better than the 7 days I have specified but it is subject to nature of the changes you would also like to accomplish.
