Description: Hi,

I need someone to write a program using cesar shift to encrypt and decrypt by brute force.

It must consist of a prompt for loading a text file and have a button for encrypt and a button for decrypt.

For example, I load a encrypted text file to the program and after I have pressed the decrpyt button, it will show me the decrypted text.

The coding MUST be as simple as possible to understand and must have comments to explain every neccessary step.

Hi We have done encryptions using DES, Triple DEA and RSA Public-key encryption algorithm also. So if you can provide us the precise algorithm of cesar shift, it won't be a tough task.
