Hello,
I would like to have a spreadsheet that would display data like in the snapshot in the attached spreadsheet. The data would need to be organized in the way it is seen in the pivot table (also in the spreadsheet). Including a chart reflecting the data would be really great. I would also like to have a button that will print the page(s).

If possible, I would not like to see any tabs. Also, including comments to explain your vba coding would be nice, but it is optional.

Also, if possible, can you prepare the spreadsheet in a way whereby I can use it for another project?

This project is time-sensitive. If I receive any spreadsheets before I choose a provider, and it meets what I am looking for, I will send payment immediately. If am given more than one spreadsheet that I can use, then I will send payment to multiple providers (even though it is above the stated budget).
